RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Rental Agreement is entered into between the Lessor (partsmax77.com) and the Lessee ("Customer"), where the Customer is defined as the individual or entity that purchases the rental, under the following terms:
1. PAYMENT TERMS:
- The Customer shall pay the full purchase price of the product in advance before shipment.
- A rental fee of $300 per week (7 days) will be deducted from the purchase amount for the duration of the rental period.
- The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including initial delivery and return shipping.
2. RENTAL PERIOD:
- The rental period begins on the date the product is delivered to the Customer and ends when the product is returned to the Company.
- Partial weeks will be charged as a full week.
3. REFUND POLICY:
- Upon return and inspection of the product, Partsmax77.com will refund the remaining balance after deducting the applicable rental fees.
- If any damage beyond normal wear and tear is found, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
This rental assumes that the Customer knows how to operate the system and hardware. Training is not provided.
Partsmax77.com will provide system and hardware connection support.
The Customer agrees to use the product only for its intended purpose and to take reasonable care of the product during the rental period.
The Customer must return the product in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
5. RETURN AND INSPECTION:
- The Customer must return the product within the agreed rental period.
- The Company will inspect the product within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt.
- Any additional charges for damages or missing components will be communicated to the Customer before deducting from the refund.
6. LIABILITY:
- The Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the product during the rental period.
- Partsmax77.com is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the rented product.
7. TERMINATION:
- Partsmax77.com reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Customer breaches any terms of this Agreement.
